I have lived in the complex for 2 yrs and everyone is VERY nice, it is safe and has a fabulous location. The unit is tiled throughout. I have not purchased dining or living room furniture for this unit yet so if your coming with lots of things, your stuff might be helpful??
I am flexible with pets but their are circumstances, because I have a cutie Yorkie male/neutered.
I am 31 hip and easy to get along with. I seek someone to share half of electricity bill, someone who has basic/elementary tidy skills (trash, dishes, responsible, mature. The roommate I currently chose on a temporary basis has none of these skills and turns of the AC at night/morning to 90 DEGREES. I like the air atleast on 78...or less.
