Great opportunity for student! Close to School of Mines, Colorado Christian University, and Red Rocks Community College. Also easy access to Metro and UCD on the bus line off of 32nd without transfers. You would be sharing a house with owners who work and travel a lot, so you will often find yourself with the run of the house. We are looking for a non-smoker and we can’t have pets or illicit drugs in the house. $400.00 monthly rent includes utilities and broadband wireless internet connection. We do not currently have cable tv but we could add that if you wish. We do not have a land line phone, only cell phones so you’ll need to bring your own phone. The room is approximately 9 x 11 and has a high window with closet. There is a futon currently in the room but we can move that out if you prefer to bring your own bed. The neighborhood is lovely and walking distance to King Soopers, Walmart, other stores and restaurants, and easy access to bus line off of 32nd. The house has two bathrooms so we can make one of them yours if you wish. Shared kitchen, living room, dining, room and family room, plus a nice backyard. Available August 1st.
