I am moving out of state and am looking for a someone to take my place in a 2 bedroom/2bathroom apartment. It is a very nice, clean, and quiet apartment complex in the charlotte area. My roommate is very quiet and keeps the apartment spotless. The apartment itself is beautiful. You will have your own bedroom, large bathroom, and walk-in closet. There is always a ton of parking, never had a problem with noise from neighbors, and the facilities (pool, fitness center, indoor basketball court) are very nice) I couldn't think of a better living situation if I were looking for an apartment. Would love to find a roommate that is a female, non-smoker, clean, and doesn't like to party because this is definitely not the party atmosphere. Look forward to hearing from you!
