I am a 54-year old, retired male, non-smoker, a very clean person, easy to get along and very respectful. I’m the owner of a nice 4 bedroom house with 3 full baths in West Columbia, SC located about 12 miles south of the USC Campus with direct access to the school and quick access to the major interstate highways. The room is available now. The room is ideal for the mature professional looking for a nice quiet place to rent. The house is located in a safe neighborhood on a dead-end street with the back and side yards adjoining a golf course. There is plenty of parking off of the street, a large fenced-in back yard, fully outfitted kitchen w/ attached dining room, washer and dryer, as well as a large living room area. This is a great deal at $150.00 dollars per week which includes all utilities. Cable TV and High Speed wired/wireless internet is an additional $48 per month. Current roommates are an older healthcare professional male and a 28-year old professional male. I'm looking preferably for a mature, responsible male/female to occupy the room.
