Description: |
I am a New York University student looking for someone to take over the lease on my one bedroom apartment beginning September 1. The remainder of my lease goes through February (six months). A new lease can be signed with the landlord if you'd like to stay longer. The apartment is 550 square feet, rent stabilized and in the heart of the lower east side. For me, the location has been ideal. It's just steps from great music venues like the Mercury Lounge and Cake Shop and great resturants and pubs, but its also only a 20 minute walk from campus. Though the area has an active nightlife, the apartment is very well insulated and I've never had a problem with noise.
