I am a 23 year old professional female looking for a mature, considerate (20-30 year old) female roommate. Would prefer someone who travels or works/goes to school in the evenings. Please, no partier’s response. I like quiet evenings when I return home from work. I really need someone who wants a really nice, safe, quiet, and great location place to apply.
Condo has 2 bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen furnished with dishwasher/disposal, laundry room with washer/dryer, living room furnished with fireplace and screened in back porch. Your bedroom has attached full bathroom. Would need your own bedroom furniture, all other furniture is there-I have a TV for bedroom, also.
I have 2 cats, no other animals needed. Outside smoker only and no alcohol allowed in condo. Down stairs condo-parking out front and behind the condo is a lovely lake with walking trails (.7 ml around lake). Located within 1 mile to Columbiana Mall, theaters, eateries, etc. (Also, gym, pool, racket ball, etc-it is a rec center. I pay a yearly fee -you can go there for 5.00 per visit.)
500.00 rent includes rent/regime fee/ele/water/basic cable. Will need 500.00 for deposit fee and will need to see a credit report. Will be glad to do a 6 or 12 month lease. So, out the front door is everything in the world to entertain you and out the back door is the serenity of a beautiful lake with walking trails, tables, benches, fishing etc. This condo has the best of both worlds.
