Need a SUBLET for MAY, JUNE and JULY??!! The apt is in an amazing neighboorhood-the east village! It is in a safe complex too. (Stuyvesant town) I love my apt and my roommates but I had to move back to California before my lease was up...We all just graduated from NYU's Nursing program. My roommates are great-fun, easy going girls! They just want someone who does not smoke, doesn't throw ragers in the apt (they like to party-but outside of apt) and be considerate of their schedules... One of my roommates will have the night shift as a nurse and will need to sleep in the day, so they will need someone who can be quiet during the day too. Does anyone need a summer sublet? Or does someone know somebody that wants to check out NYC for a few months?? The rent is 968.00 per month including water and electric...One cable bill which is 30 dollars. But I am willing to negotiate if you are interested at all. The room comes fully furnished-brand new bed, dresser and wardrobe!!
