I had to move out of my apartment and leave school for financial reasons and need someone to take my place right away. My roommate is great. She's really nice and studious and fun. We're both freshman. The apartment is gorgeous, and the community is gated and very safe. It's right off Harris at University City Blvd. near UNCC. I need someone to take over my lease by Feb 1 because I can't afford to pay and don't want to leave my roommate in a lurch. It's cheaper than the dorms, and the pool and clubhouse are right across the parking lot from our building. We are on the second floor. You will love it!
