Description: |
My roommate and I live in South East Columbia, about 10-15 minutes from Downtown and directly across from the Med School. We live off Garners Ferry in a 3 br, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in a new neighborhood. The house is furnished, but the room is not. It is a 10X 10.5 bedroom with shared bath (shared with me). We are asking $347/month plus utilities(water, electicity, cable/internet, generally around $70/month), but the rent is negotiable. We rent from an individual who does 12 and 6 month leases (Our lease currently is until July 31st, so at this point it would be a six month lease).
Neither of us have a pet nor can pets be housed in the home. Also, our lease does not allow smoking or parties. My roommate and I are both in graduate school and are busy with studying and work but we keep a neat house and are easy to get along with.
