Description: |
We have a bedroom available for $950 in the heart Astoria (30th Ave stop). We're looking for another roommate to take over the large bedroom.
The apartment was newly renovated when we first moved in about 2 years ago so it's in wonderful condition. It's fully-furnished and spacious with hardwood floors, ceramic-tiled kitchen and bathroom and plenty of natural sunlight. It's a 3rd floor walk-up in a very clean and well-kept building (neighbors are also cool people).
We're very chill and laid back, like to have fun. But we're sort of quirky about maintaining a clean home so we're looking for some one who shares similar standards of upkeep. We also prefer some one who has lived with other roommates before and understands the courtesies and considerations that go along with sharing space.
