Room For Rent!I have three rooms available October 1st, in a gorgeous 3500 sq. ft. loft.
I’m looking for three financially secure, responsible people to share this amazing space with.
The loft gets great light and has high ceilings. Huge living room/common area.
We have a dishwasher and a laundry room and a cleaning lady that comes every other week to do the common areas.
I’m an artist/musician and surfer. I spend most of my time in Montauk and I keep a studio in the loft to paint and stay in when I’m in the city.
Two of the rooms are $1300 each, and the largest is $1500. This includes utilities.
1st, last plus one month deposit.
