This is truly a dream apartment. (I have the layout available if you email me). If you've never been to Stuy Town, check it out online at www.stuytown.com. It's a gorgeous community in the heart of Manhattan's East Village. It looks like a college campus (sidewalks, greenery, etc), and it has a gym, basketball courts, playgrounds, a gorgeous oval to lay out in, and a huge fountain. I will never live anywhere else in NYC!
I prefer someone who is tidy and clean in the common areas, helps buy regular apartment 'stuff' (like soap, dish detergent, etc!), and has a work and social life of his/her own. I don't want too much of a homebody... and not too much of a partier. …Someone normal, mature, and responsible!
