I am interested in finding someone who will take over my lease at my current apartment, in response to your Craigslist ad. I am currently living in a one-bed-room apartment in Gramercy. I am renting the living room space for $850 per month, including all utilities. There is a $1000 security deposit requirement. The living room has a loft bed and a dresser. The apartment is in a great area (21st street and 3rd Ave), and my roomate is very sweet. The apartment is small, but very cozy and cute.
