Preface: For any who have already responded, my rent just went up, therefore, I bumped up the room rate in accord. I have not even met with anyone yet, so if you have responded I will get back to you, unless you are male. This situation is for a female only. The $650 includes utilities: gas, electric. I don't have cable TV, have access, but purposely chose not to have it. If you want it, I'll order it and share the cost w/you...the room comes with a TV, an armoire, and I will be picking up a fold-up futon once I receive a deposit--I will be paying for this though, not you.
Heres the deal: I am a male, I manage a high profile restaurant in Manahttan; I also have a dog sitting/walking business I'm growing. The is place 2 blocks from the R and 5 short blocks from F...best candidate here, is a cool, young gal, clean, sharp, easy going, and ambitious...I'll upload a couple pics, so you know I am not a reptile...move in...anytime...paint ? Knock yourself out...I think the pics will be from my dog care website cuz' I'm too lazy to fish out higher hanging fruit...Please be bright, somewhat classy, reasonable, attractive, laid back, grateful...no guests allowed unless approved by me...sorry . This is a room for rent...not a share...you'll have access to the kitchen and the bathroom...the living room/common area you may use only if I am not there...and only if I like you, which I will...cu'z I don't NEED to do this rental, point being, If I ask you to move in, I obviously like you, and you''l be welcome to much more space and amenities...let's just meet uh ? Oh, and you should speak english well..did I mention no cigarettes and cats...no time commitment...actually, short term is fine...3 month minimum. And if I have not already mentioned, no guests, sorry...The room is 6X10, it's very small, but has 10 foot ceilings, a large sunny window and a private entrance...If you have a dog, that's great...
