Hello!
I just decided not to take any summer class and go outside the country for visit during the summer. So just wanted to sublease my apartment. Its a 3 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom will be occupied, me and my other roomate will be leaving for summer. She doesnt want to sublease hers. Since she is not going to be here, you have the bathroom all to yourself. Longhorn Landing is fully furnished and comes with a washer and dryer in every unit. The Monthly rent is 375 in which gas and electricity is not included(Gas usually comes upto 12 dollars and electricity arnd 40). I will be moving out by 15th May. So I am planning on starting the lease on the 16th of May till Second Week Of August.
