Two bed, one bath. One bedroom is for sublease. Walk in closet, ceiling fans, hardwood floors upstairs and marble-esque floor downstairs, all new appliances in the kitchen, fenced in back porch. The whole building shares a pool and a hot tub and a washer/dryer is attached to our unit in an outside room. You would have your own room which has a walk-in closet. The furniture will all be staying in the condo, except the bedroom furniture and I can leave everything but my bed if it is needed. All neighbors are young, college-aged kids and my roommate is very cool, though rarely home so you will essentially be getting your own place at half the cost! This is a great place to live and the IF bus is very close, within walking distance and parking is available at the IM Fields with a C lot pass. The place will be ready for move in in mid-may and the lease will end in mid-August.
