Hello,
I am a MS-CS student from Mumbai. I have booked a rather cozy and beautiful house at 1029 West 25th Street, CA, 90007 [search it up on Google Maps]. It is right across the street from the Hoover Recreation Park, in a very calm and safe neighborhood. Its a spacious 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Looks like a peaceful country house Razz
The rent is $2300 per month and the apartment is big enough to accommodate 4-6 people. The first month's rent and security deposit is already paid for in order to book the apartment.
Here are the amenities :
Air conditioned, microwave, semi furnished, laundry in the backyard, 10 min walk from USC Campus, laundry in the backyard, Private entry to each bedroom and the living room, recently furnished and painted.
Water, trash and gardening is included in the rent. Electricity and internet will cost us around $30 per head.
As of now, we are a guy(me) and a girl(close friend). Another close friend(guy) will join us for the Spring term in December. We are looking for 2 roommates, with atleast one of them being a girl. The girls can have one bedroom, and guys the other(no funny business Razz)
We are non drinkers, non smokers, no fuss people.
