Short Summer Sublease from (June 17- End of August)
Prefect for INCOMING FRESHMAN (who want to attend summer session but can't move into the dorms until Fall) or graduating seniors that need to stay for summer session but their current lease is over or INCOMING JUNIORS that moving into the dorms or campus housing in Fall but are attending summer session.
It is called Capri Apartments on Seville Road. The location is great. It is really close to campus and it sits at the heart of IV. Super close to all the restaurants and IV theater. Its located right next to Keg and Barrel and IV market. Also super close to DP.
Apartment is a two bedroom, 1 bathroom. Comes with a living room and kitchen. It is shared bed room.
Apartment is Fully Furnished. It comes with a bed, desk, closet, dresser, chair. The apartment also comes with a full kitchen, sofas, kitchen table, coffee tables, DISHWASHER, and side tables.
Private Parking Lot. I do have a parking spot which is available for you. However, it is a +$50 fee per month. Its gated and you have a designated parking spot.
Everything is included in your rent, except for electricity. We have a separate electricity bill that we all share and split. It usually is around 20-30$ depending on how much electric you use. In the summer however it shouldn't be that much.
RENT IS BASED ON INDIVIDUAL LEASE. You are only liable to pay your lease which is 765$. That means if roommates do not pay rent, you are not held liable.
I HAVE THREE ROOMMATES: TWO GUYS AND ONE OTHER GIRL. THEY ARE SUPER CLEAN,SUPER FRIENDLY, and SUPER RESPECTFUL. sub leaser can be female or male. You can choose to room with a female or male roommate.
Overall, everyone that lives in Capri are super friendly. The apartment manager is friendly (and has become a good friend of mine). All of us hang out with each other and party sometimes on the weekends. Its almost like living in the dorms, except you have more privacy and space.
