My roommate recently moved out and back up north so I am seeking another roommate! I live in Camden Crossings townhouses on Barrymore Street with another female. It is close to downtown Raleigh and 5 minutes from NC State campus. The rent is $475 with utilities included. This also includes alarm system, internet, washer/dryer, direct TV and DVR. My family owns the townhouse so there is no contract however the rent must be paid by the first of the month.Pets are welcome however they must be house trained. The townhouse is 3 floors with the extra room being on the 2nd floor. Also on the 2nd floor is the laundry room and a full bath.
