The apartment is fully furnished, comes with a washer and dryer, and a complete kitchen with all appliances (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven, stove top). The bedroom is large and spacious, comes with two closets, and is also furnished.
There is only one other respectful, friendly female roommate in this apartment. I would prefer to sublease to a female.
