Room For Rent! I have found an amazing apartment for you! I have a great apartment in South Knoxville that needs to be subleased asap! The lease for this apartment runs until the end of July 2013 and is with Gateway at Knoxville apartment complex.
As for the apartment, to have 1 bedroom in the 4 bedroom apartment, the price is $379 per month. The apartment is furnished with a bed, desk, livingroom furniture, and FREE parking! The only addition item you would have to pay for is the electricity which is pretty low!
The truly best part about this apartment is it is a gated community! In the commons area, you will have access to a small gym, air hockey table, computers with a printer, outdoor pool, and a big screen tv!

Now, some of you reading this posting maybe worried about who you would be living with. DON'T! The landlord will help you find a great mix of people to live with depending on who you are. For example, if you like a quite apartment where you plan on studying all the time, they will find you roommates that are similar to you! The apartment I was in had 2 graduate students that were always gone and a graduate assistant that always went to work out at night so I had the apartment to myself all of the time! If that isn't for you, there are plenty of apartments where the roommates do everything together but it all depends on your personality!!
