Description: |
Hello! I am currently looking for a female student to take over my lease ASAP or before next semester begins. The apartment has four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and walk in closet. Three other girls and a cat will live in the apartment with you. We are looking for a non-smoking, reliable and respectable individual who is willing to help out and is easy to get along with.
Water is included in rent, but we pay for electricity, cable, and internet out of pocket. We try to keep these rates low by watching our usage! The apartment is directly across from a wolfline bus stop, and is the ideal location for an NCSU or Meredith student!
