I have a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom available ready for you in Westwood, and a few minutes walking distance from UCLA campus. There are two beds in the room, so if you and your prospective roommate are interested, the rate would be $730 per month for this beautiful and safe apartment complex with the aforementioned amenities!! The dates that my roommate and I are subleasing the apartment are from June 15 until the end of August, and we will of course prorate the rent for the times that you will be living at the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher. The apartment has a balcony and a fireplace. The management is available from 9am to 6pm daily, and have been very responsive to the needs of the tenants. There is a $500 security deposit per person but this is going to be fully returned to you by the end of your stay at Midvale Plaza if there is no damage. When you move in, you can arrange a time to discuss the deposit with the management. Other than that, my roommate and I will be leaving our bed and desks in the room for you to enjoy this Summer. I think that Midvale Plaza has been perfect for us. The other tenants are all very social and the apartment is beautiful--very resort-like. The apartment is walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and shops in Westwood.
