Description: |
I got a co-op in Atlanta and need someone to take over my lease. Apartment is in the Commons on 12th & Highland which is extremely close to campus. 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom. We have a huge 64" TV in the den, full kitchen, washer, dryer, etc. Only thing not covered is the electric bill. Countertops are granite and cabinets are wood. Parking space right in front of our door is included in the price. Roommates are 3 senior guys (all with girlfriends of over a year, so no worries girls). They are studying for med school, dental school, and law school so they know how to study and understand when to. They are also all in fraternities so they know how and when to have a good time. |
