There is one other girl living with you. She is a junior at UNC and spends a lot of time on campus. She isn't intrusive and definitely will respect your space and privacy.
It is a two bedroom townhouse and I am subletting the MASTER BEDROOM. What you get:

The only bills you are responsible for is half of the electricity and half of the internet bill (as it stands, the girl in the other room does not pay for cable, and there is no TV)...but feel free to bring yours and work it out with the roommate.
You can paint the walls!!!...as long as you paint them back to white before you move out.
