Available August 1st I have a room for rent in my two bedroom, two bathroom condo in Highland Park. Amenities include a large bedroom, private
bathroom, heated pool and jacuzzi, 4 propane BBQ grills by the pool, 24-hour security, and gated access, tandem parking, a/c, brand new high efficiency washer/dryer in the unit, all new and modern appliances, granite countertops, and new tile flooring. 15 minutes to PCC, ELAC, and 5 min. to LAC+USC Hospital, 20 min to USC (depending on traffic) am literally a 5 min. walk to the Gold Line and Figueroa Blvd. with plenty of stores, Farmer’s Market on Tues, restaurants, bars on Figueroa and York, and a great coffee spot. I am looking for a professional, responsible person for a month to month or a longer term lease. Please have good to decent credit, credit check is $20. Rent is $650 and deposit is $650, so $1300 gets you in the door. All bills are shared which includes electric ($30/month), High-speed wifi ($14.95/month), and cable bill ($55/ month). In total bills run to be about $100/month so $50 is your share. You will be sharing this great place with a fun 32-year old female that works-out, cooks, is very social, and responsible. I work in politics (don’t worry I’m not a republican). |
