I am looking for a roommate to lease the other bedroom in my apartment. It has its own bathroom. The complex is beautiful and new. The rent is low because of a special that was running when I moved in. The apartment has a great kitchen, washer/ dryer, porch over looking the beautiful pool, a large den, and a dining area. The power bill stays low because it is so new and it is only minutes away from crossroads with lots of job opportunities, shopping, and great places to eat. Parking is free and there is lots of room for free guest parking as well. The drive to campus is about 10 minutes and the apartment is near the ramp to I-40. The community is gated and the people here are wonderful. |
