Description: |
I am moving out due to urgent family issues and I am looking for a female to take over my lease in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment, preferably as soon as possible.
The lease is from now until the end of June, but it can be extended if necessary.
There are 3 other girls living in the apartment. Each bedroom and bath is shared by two girls so you will be living in a shared room.
My roommates are really nice, respectful, and easy to get along with. They all graduated from UCLA within the last two years. Two of the girls are currently working at UCLA and the third is currently enrolled in the UCLA School of Dentistry.
The bedroom is very spacious and contains a closet, which will be shared with one other girl. The kitchen contains a microwave, oven, stove, and refrigerator. The living room is already furnished with a dining table, chairs, couches, coffee table, and a television.
Rent: $600/month (includes water+trash). It will be due before the start of the following month.
Utilities: approx $24/month (for internet, power, and gas).
Deposit: $600 which will be due with the first month's rent.
Parking spot is available in the garage.
Laundry facilities are located on the same floor of the apartment.
Gym is located downstairs.
Located on Tiverton Ave.
-Very CLOSE to UCLA campus (less than 10 min walking distance to campus).
-approx 5 miles away from the main campus of Santa Monica College.
-Across the street from Ralphs and Best Buy.
-Next to Westwood Village, which contains many shops, movie theaters, and restaurants (Trader Joes, Yogurtland, Starbucks, In and Out, Bank of America, etc.)
-Very close to bus stops (to Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Downtown LA, etc.)
-approx 1 mile away from the 405 freeway and 3 miles away from the 10 freeway.
