This is an amazing apartment, its only a few years old and my roommate and I were the first people to live in it. We have taken good care of it!
The apartment features 2 nice size bed rooms with huge closets and their own bathrooms with large tubs. It also has a large family/dinning/kitchen area with balcony and washer and drier. The complex has a private parking lot (they normally tow on game weekends) and parking on the street for company. It also has a nice clubhouse with pool. There is a security guard on site and it's walking distance to the bars, campus and the T picks up here.
My roommate and I will pay the your first months rent too! :) |
