Description: |
If you are looking for an affordable, clean, and UCLA close room in expensive Westwood, you have found it. With some spare rooms in this fraternity house (no alcohol or smoking allowed on property) on Landfair Ave, you will be walking distance to all your needs. Be in the heart of the UCLA campus within 6 minutes and walk to Westwood Village within 10 minutes for shopping and entertainment. We are offering shared rooms between two or three people. The rooms are furnished with necessities such as desk, chairs, beds, mattress, closets, chest of drawers, etc... Some rooms have the bathroom inside of the room, while others are shared off the hallway between two or three rooms. All rooms are offered at the flat rate of $600 PER person and all utilities like electricity, gas, water, etc... is built into the rent. Some, but not all, rooms have cable TV. We also offer internet ports in each room as well as wireless internet throughout the building.
Fraternity members and renters will live in separate rooms, but all enjoy being a part of this welcoming community. There is a shared lounge/living room with piano, sofas, and big screen TV with cable. There is a large dining room with space for 40, a mail room, and outdoor patio area with ping pong and basketball hoop in back. The shared house kitchen is industrial grade with stainless steel appliances including three door refrigerator, designated freezer, stove, two ovens, microwave, and industrial dishwasher. Pots, pans, dishes, cup, utensils, etc... are provided and included in rent.
All residents must sign up to do a "hashing" job once per week that would involve cleaning one area of the kitchen for about twenty minutes.
Parking is available at a very reasonable $25 per month in our 18 spaces that are stacked three deep. First to sign up for parking receives a permit.
