Hello,
My roommate and I have a bedroom open in our apartment at 305 N. Columbia St, and are looking for a third roommate (preferably a graduate student or young professional). We are both pretty laid back and are currently graduate students at UNC.
The house is in a great location, less than 10 minute walk from campus and 1 block to Franklin St. It is a decent sized three bedroom house, hardwood floors, 2 bathrooms, with a large kitchen and living room, large front lawn and small backyard. There is ample driveway and street parking. The third bedroom is about 10'x12', and we are asking $495/month and splitting utilities. We would like to rent the room starting for July 1.
