My roommate and I need either a pair of roommates or one person to take over our lease from mid-June to September as she will be moving back home and I will be moving into my new apartment.
The rent is $1280 for one person or $640 per person for two people.
Very spacious apartment, second floor, gets a lot of light, HUGE walk-in closet, two sinks in the bathroom.
May be partly furnished depending on what you need.
Water, trash, gas and landscaping are included.
Parking is in a private lot, off-street, one spot. Indoor bike parking.

Pool, grassy yard area, and rec-room with pool table.
