Description: |
Room for rent in a 2 bed 2.5 bath town house at Arbor Creek. Roommate is really easy to get along with and not home very much due to all her school work. Quite complex where pets are welcome. My roommate has a dog you would have to be ok with, who is very well behaved. Huge backyard to the building. Utilities have never gone over $45 each, which is great. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. I am moving to Salt Lake City, so I need to sell everything and find someone to sublease as soon as possible.
