Hi-
We are looking for a roommate to move in between now and 1/1/10.
We have a great house in Grant Park and are looking for a third roommate. We are also looking for someone who is social and likes to meet new people.
We have a large craftsmen style home 4 blocks from the park, which is only 5 years old. It is a 4 bedroom with 2 ½ bathrooms with two living rooms, two dining areas and a great kitchen. It’s truly perfect for roommates so everyone can do their own thing, you know like if one person wants to watch their favorite show and the other something else. We also have a 2-bedroom basement and 2-car garage (in other words lots of room). And we have plenty of space for any furniture you may have. The fourth bedroom is used as a guest bedroom for when friends or family come into town. The house has all hard wood floors, a fireplace, large second floor back deck to grill out on and entertain in the summer and also a front porch as well. We are renting the room (which is 14’ x 11’) out for $650 a month, not including utilities which would be split into thirds, on average the utilities run about an additional $100 a month for cable, internet, electric, gas and water.
Currently, there are two young professionals living in the house. We are clean, responsible and fun people. We're social and love to entertain friends. We are open to having someone who has a pet as long as they are well-behaved and fully house trained.
It takes 15 minutes to get to the GT campus. I
