Can be a guy or a girl. Prefer USC student but long as you are under 30, we won't mind.
PROS
-High speed internet, power, gas, electricity, all utilities included
in 575.
-Furnished, nice furniture with full sized mattress! Desk, chair all
provided in the room.
-LOTS of storage space in the room. Large closet, 2 cabinets.
-Lots of sunlight, 2 windows!
-Manager who will clean the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms)
-Coin laundry in the kitchen.
-Parking available first come first serve. I've seen the parking area,
and you won't have any problems parking.
-Kitchen with appliances.
-Tram that comes up the street. You can bike too, campus is not that
far.
-Bike you can use for transportation! Someone left a bike there so you
can use it whenever you want.You can also buy a lock from me for 10
dollars because I bought a lock for that bike.
There are two bathrooms in the house for 6 people and it is seperated
into girls and guy's bathrooms. There is one more girl here so if you
are girl, you'll share the bathroom with one more girl.
If you are a guy, then you'll just be sharing both of the bathrooms,
so 2 bathrooms for 6 people.
