Master bedroom with private bathroom/June and July/Great location
I will be leaving town at the end of May, and my lease does not expire until August 1st. So I’m looking for someone to sublet my master bedroom from June 1st to July 31st. I live in an apartment complex minutes from downtown, SOCO, and the Town Lake Hike and Bike Trail. This is a wonderful location, especially for someone who wants to get a feel for this amazing city. Also, this set-up might be ideal for those of you who will be attending 1st and 2nd term summer courses at UT.
Utilities run about $40-$60 during the summer months.
My housemate is easy-going and lives with her pug puppy. She is seldom home.
The walls of my room are currently painted two shades of orange. A private bathroom is attached.
