My previous roommate moved across the country so I am in need of a new roommate. Your part of the rent would only be $580 a month for a very large room that is more than twice the size of normal rooms (27 x 14 feet or 378 square feet). Utilities are usually under $70 and include water, power, gas and high speed wireless internet. .
The room has a suuuuper huge 16 x 5 feet walk-in closet that is larger than the bathroom. The bathroom is a decent size too so that shows you how large the closet is. The room also has its own private entrance at the front of the house. The room also has it’ own private entrance to the kitchen.
As the floor plan indicates, the room for rent and my room are separated by the kitchen and the bathroom. This gives us ultimate privacy away from each other. I have my entrance in the back too so we can often go days barely seeing each other. I’m a 23 year male old doctoral student who works full-time so I’m usually out of the house. I’m fairly clean and welcome both male and female roommates. Lease is 1-year and will begin in August 2009.
If you’re cool and respectable, I can share my pool table, Total Gym and Xbox 360 that I have at the place. Here are some other benefits of the place.

Extremely close to USC. As a matter of fact, it is the closet place south of USC that is not owned by USC! You can walk to campus in minutes.
Free parking spot located in the back of the house
Located directly across the street from the Los Angeles Coliseum, California Science Center, Natural History Museum, California African American Museum, and more. It is so close to the Coliseum that people actually pay $100 to park on our lawn during USC football games. No lie, it is the closest place park during games. Luckily you have free parking.

Seconds away from the I-110 entrances and exits.
