The apt. is HUGE (1200 sq ft) and has hardwood floors throughout with the exception of the bedroom which has new carpet. There are two entrances, front and back. The front entrance has a private hardwood staircase that leads to the front living area entrance. The back entrance is off the service porch (washer and dyer in unit) next to bedroom leading to parking area and can be used as a private entrance.
The apt. has 12 ft ceilings and is beautifully furnished with the exception of the bedroom (unfurnished). There is a formal dinning room (15 X 13), extra large living room with an alcove (18 X 20) and a 20 ft hallway leading from dining room to bedroom. (One of my projects at hand, is refinishing the dining room chairs.) The kitchen is extraordinarily spacious with band new cupboards, tile flooring and new stove. The bathroom has a built-in vanity with mirror and cabinets, pedestal sink and 30's tiled arch bath/shower along with new tile flooring. The bedroom is large (12 X 14), very bright and sunny with two windows facing south and two facing east. The bedroom closet has a built-in dresser drawers and a window.
I am a female, baby-boomer, honest, quiet, and clean and I am currently attending UCLA with plans of completing my program by this time next year in Native American Studies. I consider myself easy going with a good sense of humor,love to read, enjoy all kinds of music, films both international and domestic. I also enjoy cooking and having friends over when time permits. I am an avid genealogist and enjoy spending free time researching history and ancestry. My politics are left of center. I smoke and enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the evening before dinner.
