Located near 85, 147, 70 and 40 it is an incredibly convenient drive to almost everywhere in the Triangle area. Large shopping areas and restaurants are very close by. 15 minutes door to door to the airport.
I am a professional and I work many hours. I am looking for a responsible, mature adult to share expenses during this difficult economic climate.
Rent is $500.00 a month plus 1/3 of utilities.
First month’s rent plus security deposit of $500.00 is due upon moving in.
